E-commerce Digital Design
Loopper is a B2B e-commerce platform specializing in personalized promotional products. In collaboration with he CRO and Marketing manager, I work on the ongoing redesign of the Loopper website, focusing on elevating the user experience and visual identity. This includes developing a scalable design system and clear brand guidelines that position Loopper as a trustworthy, reliable, and high-quality partner, while improving usability and conversion across the site. Additionally I manage the weekly email newsletter design and help mentor a team of 4 interns.

Category page redesign
Problem
Currently Loopper’s category page is not optimized mobile and navigation desktop is overwhelming, leaving some sub-categories undiscovered. Users are unable to use/find the filters to find the product they are looking for. Leading to many exiting the page. The page is also not mobile friendly or responsive, even though around 30% of our traffic comes from mobile users.
Design
In order to create a better experience for our users, based on best UX best practices for e-commerce brands, I created multiple redesigns for both desktop and mobile: adding more filters, re-arranging the page layout and creating prototypes to start testing to improve the experience of mobile users.
The different layouts and features are currently in A/B test trials.

Design
To standardize the image layouts I proposed the design you see here on the right. One main image with an image slider underneath that showcases the different color options. The design was based on my research on UX best practices for e-commerce platforms and competitor analysis.

Cleaning up the homepage
I defined clear visual rules and guidelines to ensure our homepage inspires trust in our customers and showcases items from some of Loopper’s A brand partners. Here you see some banners I designed while implementing these rules.
